Beautiful rectangular Victorian agate snuff box with beveled edges. The lid and base are high quality antique agate in various shades of orange. The center section is made from a yellow metal that has a fine engine turned decoration throughout. It has a tactile polish which only comes with great age & handling. The box is exceptionally well made with good and secure opening function. Some light wear consistent with age. This case is a 1.75" x 1" and holds one-quarter ounce (8 ml) solid perfume of your choice.
