Antique Niello enamel antique watch case with beautiful ornate rose gold catouche. Overall enamel pattern small circles. Over a hundred years old and with hallmarks including .800 indicating it is coin silver. Contrasting diamond niello pattern encircles the edge.The inner case has four beautiful medallions. Niello is a kind of enameling applied to silver focusing on the high contrast between the silver and the black. Has loop which would allow it to be worn on a chain. Please note several small patches of missing enamel, due to age. This case is 2" across, and the price includes 1/4 oz (8 ml) solid perfume of your choice.
