Spectacular!! Repousse sterling silver gem-studded antique poudrier from 1900 by famed New York silversmith Dominick and Haff, whose work is displayed in the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Bezel set on the lid is a central larger amethyst encircled by various colored gemstones: peridot, garnet, citrine etc. The textural top, sides and bottom of the box are embossed with a finely-done floral and feather pattern. Inside the rim is the Dominick and Haff markers mark and the word ''STERLING". Has a ring which allows it to be worn as a locket. The entire poudrier is overlaid with gold vermeil. It has the original mirror in perfect shape inside the lid. This round poudrier is 2" by 1.5" and comes with the 1/4 oz. (8 ml) solid perfume of your choice.
