Beautifully made antique English sterling silver and amber snuff box by GW Lewis of Birmingham circa 1900. The amber on the top is two different colors and the beautiful orange cabochon is encircled in sterling. There are 2 hallmarks near the latch on the lid. Four more silver marks are on the bottom: the maker's mark GWL and Co, an "X", an anchor and a walking lion.The inside is gold vermeil. Magnifying mirror inside lid in perfect condition. This box is 1" tall x 1.5" diameter. The price includes 1/4 oz (8 ml) solid perfume of your choice.
